Shipping Policy

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING PROVIDER
Delivery is done by logistics company DPD, DHL, Amazon Logistic or local post depending on product and region order is shipped to. By ordering shipping services, you consent that shipping is ordered by us on your behalf (recipient) and you accept the carrier’s terms and conditions. You agree that we are not responsible for the performance of shipping services by the carrier. You have the right to hold the carrier liable for the provision of shipping services in accordance with the carrier’s terms and conditions.

SHIPMENT COST & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
These are the default shipping cost and estimated delivery times. Unless a more precise delivery time is given on the product page, the expected time is as in the table below.

SHIPPING INSURANCE
Standard delivery is insured against possible lost or damaged parcels. In case your parcel is damaged, please immediately draw up a parcel damage report. Inform us and the shipping provider about the event and forward parcel damage report. Submit a claim directly to the shipping provider or ask us to do it on your behalf. A replacement or refund will be issued only after successful investigation of the submitted claim of lost or damaged parcels by the shipping provider. Economical delivery is not insured, so customers bear all risk in case parcels are lost or damaged.
PARCEL DAMAGE REPORT
Do not sign the parcel receipt until you have inspected it for damage. If you see any damage of parcel, request that the driver wait while you open and check the products. Make a report of any parcel damage and describe the damage precisely. In the report mention of all components damaged during shipping. The receiving person is responsible for requesting the carrier to inspect the damaged goods and packaging that was damaged during shipping. The formal request should be made immediately right after discovering any loss or damage not later than 24h after receiving the parcel. Keep a copy of your request letter. Write up your findings in a report. If you can, take photos to confirm your inspection report.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped or processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s), if available (for standard delivery). The tracking number will be active within 24-72 hours. Economical delivery may not have tracking numbers.

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING
If item was ordered as pre-order it will be sourced directly for you from manufacturer and shipped as soon as your pre-order will be available. Expected sourcing time of pre-orders is from 15 to 150 days. If product is available for pre-order then in cart there will be additional information: “Pre-order”. Due to lower stocking costs and direct sourcing additional pre-order discount may be included in price.

RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for shipping your item. If you return or exchange your product, you should mail your product back to our address. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, any customs duty or other costs that could arise due to shipping from outside of the European Union should be covered by customers, if they arise. If you receive a refund, the eventual cost of return shipping, customs duty, return label that we have provided or other costs will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping something expensive, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please provide signed prove of delivery to identify your returned parcel.

We currently ship to the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Turkey, Canada, United States, Australia, India and other countries around the world.
